I kept coming back to this belt - I couldn't decide whether to order or not. I fell in love with the brown one immediately - I knew it would coordinate well with a lot of my items. My only problem is my tummy, where I carry some extra lbs (thanks menopause). Additionally, I like to wear a lot of my bottoms lower on my waist. Well, thanks to the brand's detailed size chart, I took a chance on the M/L and so happy I did. I wish all brands displayed a size chart like Rather Happy" does. Because their chart states the length to center hole, I was able to figure out approximately how this would fit me. My waist typically measures 34," but sometimes more. This belt fits me great with some room (or holes) with which to play. I love the width of it - I prefer wider belts over thin ones, especially with jeans. It's a bit thinner than I prefer, which is why I deducted one star. The craftsmanship however, is excellent including the stitching and the hardware. I especially love the style of this belt - it's very unique, a little edgy" and very cool. Rather Happy also has a store here on Amazon. They have an off white belt with gold studs I'm thinking of purchasing. At $45, it's definitely on the higher end of what I pay for belts, usually from Free People. But if the quality is equal to this brown own, I think it's worth it.

I like this belt a lot because it's different and fun and it can be dressed up by wearing with a dress, or down by wearing with jeans. It reminds me of a very expensive designer belt that I bought a few months ago but it's truly a fraction of the cost. Be aware of the sizing. My waist is not tiny. It's easily 28-29 inches and the jeans I'm wearing in these pictures are mid/low rise and therefore sit well below my waist/bellybutton, and I have the belt on the third hole. I got this belt in a Small, which is supposed to fit dress size 4-6 and midrise jean size 27/28. I think that description is a little generous on the sizing so if you're on the fence about what size to order, you can probably order smaller rather than larger. The quality of the belt looks and feels good. The metal belt buckle feels strong.

Nice slightly oversized belt. This looks great with a romper, dress or jeans! If you have narrow belt loops this will not work.
